Today the album cover for Alicia Keys newest album Girl On Fire was released today. Husband Swizz Beats posted the photo today on his instagram today showing his excitement for the Keys upcoming album saying “My Queen is ready to rock this world! This is her new album cover!G.O.F”.  Alicia Keys has been gearing up for the Nov. 27th release this entire year, with candid photos of her in the process.  If you remember she premiered her new hair cut on tumblr, promotional photos for the G.O.F album as well as a Girl On Fire tumblr page where she speaks on the process of putting the album together and how the name of the album came to be. ” …. in some ways I felt like a lion locked in a cage…I felt like a girl misunderstood that no one really knew, I felt like it was time to stop making excuses for any part of my life that I wanted to change. Once I made that choice I became a Girl on Fire, the lion broke free!!”  Keys later explains that the Girl On Fire album is definitely a bout new beginnings, new perspectives and fresh starts… stripping away all the bad energy in your life and taking full control of the reigns and how you want to live.

Keys recently  posted a video on her youtube channel  taking fans/viewers through the journey her creating the album.
